The technical aspects of many modern consumer appliances are highly developed. The electric shavers produced by Philips are a prime example of this. Time and again, the engineers at Philips were able to develop a new generation of shavers, each of these incorporating a new range of added values.

STT Products is involved as a partner at an early stage in the pre-production process of initial series, the creation of specific test equipment and the design of new production lines.

An essential fact is that, at STT Products, we start the engineering and production of contour-related parts and handling equipment at an early stage in the process. When only the 3D product designs are available at this stage, we are able to achieve this by making use of CAD-CAM links and advanced 5-axis machining centres.
