Manufacture of mechanical parts
In modern machine construction, ample use is made of modern construction materials such as aluminium, technical plastics, stainless steel and tool steel. Most of our CNC machines and all of our 5-axis machining centres can process these materials.
Most of these machines have been fitted with clamped zero-point clamping systems, touch probes and -operated measuring equipment. Multiple CNC operators are able to program their machines externally under the expert supervision of our internal CAM specialist. Parts designed in 3D (Inventor, Catia, Unigraphics, Solid Edge, etc) are imported into CAM.
As our machine workshop has been furnished for machine construction, single parts as well as series are produced on these machines. Almost all of our aluminium products are coated immediately with our own professional anodizing equipment.
Delivery of precision engineering parts to third parties comprises 50% of this department’s activities.
