Supply of precision engineering parts and assembled modules
Our factory is a surprising mix of a traditional instrument maker’s workshop and a modern tool shop. Metal machining is a wonderful profession, and the experts at STT Products strive to be among the very best in their field. This means that our machinery has to be the very best there is. It is almost entirely comprised of state-of-the-art CNC lathes and milling machines and multiple machining centres, including three 5-axis models.
Almost all our machining centres have been equipped with zero-point clamping systems, touch probes and LASER-operated measuring systems. We started working with CAM techniques since the early nineties. At present practically all machines are controlled by CAM.
The products we supply will only leave the factory after they have undergone thorough inspection in the control room and have been measured using a 3D measuring system if required. Modules are assembled, tested and delivered ‘just-in-time’.
