Practically all of our machining centres and lathes have been supplied by Hermle, DMG and Bridgeport.

The materials most commonly used nowadays are aluminium, stainless steel and a broad range of technical plastics. We process tons of these every year.

Part of our production is comprised of precision engineering parts that are produced in series. To these ends, our production department has 8 machining centres at its disposal (3 of which have been equipped with 5-axes) and various other CNC lathes and milling machines. Almost all of the machining centres have been equipped with zero-point clamping systems.

An important part of our production comprises single parts, which generally always can be produced on the same machines.

Our own anodizing department finishes practically all of our aluminium products with a hard, durable and dirt-repellent coating. This production step follows strict regulations that apply to all parts used in machines for the medical industry.

Prior to delivery to our customers or assembly, all finished products are thoroughly tested in the control room and, if required, they undergo a 3D measuring procedure.
