Production automation

STT Products develops and builds machines, appliances, auxiliary equipment and test equipment for manufacturing and production companies, laboratories and research institutes. Our range of products varies from simple tools and production machines to advanced production lines that are delivered as completely finished ‘turnkey’ systems.

The new products regularly developed by our customers will, as a result, also require the development of new and often faster machines to facilitate their production. To achieve this to the best of their abilities, our engineers work in close collaboration with the involved product developers and project managers involved.

Basically, our systems are constructed from feed and discharge transport systems, vibratory fillers, grabbers, pick & place units, transfer equipment and specific manufacturing cells. Modern production technology requires advanced mechatronics, robot and/or servo engineering and control technology/software.

At STT Products, we are fully aware of the fact that our customers have expert knowledge of all the operating processes that are carried out on their own premises. Our engineers will always make the best possible use of this available knowledge and will always be sure to involve the experts at our customers’ firms in the design process. We believe that a thorough exchange of information during design reviews is crucial to a product’s success.
